Cannot find ImageEffectBase.cs when import

When import v1.6 package, it's reported that ImageEffectBase is not found.

It looks that AssetStoreTools didn't collect all the references.
I'll add the file by hand in v1.6b;

Meanwhile, you could take the workaround:
1. remove the "Standard Assets/Image Effect (Pro Only)" directory;
Or
2. Import the "Standard Assets/Image Effect (Pro Only)" package..
